Balance-Bucks Loyalty Program

"Root"

This tier is the entry level tier to our loyalty program. Everyone starts here!

Redeeming Balance-Bucks at this level will be redeemed at a 1:10 rate.

Rewards available at this level:

- $10 coupon = 100 Balance-Bucks

-$20 coupon = 200 Balance-Bucks

-$30 coupon = 300 Balance-Bucks

"Heart"

Save your Balance-Bucks to receive an additional incentive.

This tier is the mid-level tier to our loyalty program. You can enter this level at 450 Balance-Bucks!

At this level you will be able to redeem your Balance-Bucks at a 1:5 rate!

Rewards available at this level:

- $10 coupon = 50 Balance-Bucks

-$20 coupon = 100 Balance-Bucks

-$30 coupon = 150 Balance-Bucks

"Crown"

Continue saving to receive the ultimate incentive!

This tier is the top-level tier to our loyalty program. You can enter this level at 900 Balance-Bucks!

At this level you will be able to redeem your Balance-Bucks at a 1:5 rate!

Rewards available at this level:

- No pre-set coupons!

-Spend Balance-Bucks like actual money at check-out!

Loyalty Program Information

To sign up for our loyalty program, just become a site member by creating an account with us and you will automatically be enrolled into our program!

Unlike other reward programs out there, your Balance-Bucks will NEVER expire!

Two simple ways to earn Balance-Bucks:

1. Sign up to create an account with Balance & Awareness - receive 50 Balance-Bucks

2. For every session booked on our website - receive 100 Balance-Buck

As our business continues to develop, we will create more ways to earn Balance-Bucks. You can always check this page for the most up to date ways to earn your Balance-Bucks!

How to redeem your Balance-Bucks:

Once you create an account, go to your profile. On your profile page you will have a tab labeled "My Rewards". Click that tab and it will take you to your rewards page. There, you will see what tier you are in, how many points you have, and how many points to get to the next tier!

Below that, you will see your rewards for your tier. Click on the "Get Coupon" button for the reward you wish to redeem to get the discount code. Your Balance-Bucks will automatically be deducted from your total. Then copy/paste that discount code in the "Enter a promo code" box during checkout. Your coupon will be automatically applied!

If you prefer a simpler process, you can redeem your Balance-Bucks right at the checkout screen! If you have a reward available to redeem, it will appear on the right hand side of the screen under order summary. Click the dropdown menu to select the reward you wish to redeem and the discount code will be automatically applied!

Once you reach the Crown-Tier, this will be the only way you can redeem your Balance-Bucks! Just enter in the number of Balance-Bucks you wish to redeem at the checkout screen and it will show you how much of a discount will applied. You can apply up to 100% of the total amount in your cart (even for multiple sessions) if you have saved enough Balance-Bucks!

Rewards are transferable!

You may transfer your rewards to any another person regardless of them being a site member or not! Just copy the discount code when you redeem your reward and send it to them and they can paste it into the promo code box during checkout.

For transferring the "Crown-Tier" rewards, you'd only be able to do that from your account. Just put in the persons name in the customer details section during checkout. If you are redeeming enough Balance-Bucks to receive a free session, then there's nothing else to do after you complete the checkout process! However if you do not redeem enough Balance-Bucks for a free session, you will have a remaining balance due before you complete the checkout process. You'll just have to decide amongst yourselves who will pay the remaining balance :) but, it will have to come from your account!

Special notes about our program:

Our loyalty program is only for online bookings/purchases. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to carry this over to in-person payments. That means if you book over the phone or pay in-person, you will not be able to earn or redeem Balance-Bucks for that transaction.

In order to be a part of this loyalty program, you must become a site member by signing up for an account with Balance & Awareness. If you decide to checkout without creating an account you will not receive Balance-Bucks for the money you spend on our site and you will not be able to redeem Balance-Bucks.

If you have received Balance-Bucks and then enter into a 12-month period of not earning any additional Balance-Bucks, you will automatically be bumped down one tier level. However, as stated before, your Balance-Bucks will never expire. Your redeemable rewards may just be different the longer you go without earning additional Balance-Bucks.
