Cancellation Policy
No-shows will forfeit the full amount of the session scheduled. Rescheduling is allowable up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment. Any reschedule within 1 hour prior to your appointment will be considered a "no-show". Cancellations are allowable up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, for a full refund. Any cancellation within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will forfeit 50% of their payment of that session. You will be refunded the remaining 50% of your payment for that session. Please call us for any special circumstances. Please note, we may be in session with another client when you call. Leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
